Not that long ago I came to a crossroads. The company I worked for as a programmer of 20 years shut down. I had to make a choice to find a similar job or take a leap and follow my passion for working with my hands?

Building, Problem-Solving, and Helping those who need assistance with their projects are all passions of mine. Making sure every detail is as perfect as it can be. Taking the time to make sure the job is done right the first time is extremely important. When I leave a project I want my work to be seen by others. I want my customers to show off their new remodel, faucet, water heater, or whatever the project was for the day. I want repeat customers! There is nothing quite like the sense of accomplishment you feel when you have completed a project and your customer is ecstatic with the results. I get the same satisfaction with small repairs, knowing that I was able to help someone who needed it.

These days most customers are just happy that someone showed up or didn’t cancel! I do my best to get back to each and every customer and give an honest assessment. The best way for me to accomplish this is through my Get an Estimate form. This form collects your data and allows you to submit pictures of exactly what is broken or needs improvement (the more pictures the better). Of course, there are going to be times when I need to see the job in person to give you a proper quote but most of the time I can help keep your cost down by utilizing this form. I can then plan every detail and make sure you know exactly what needs to be done and what to expect so there are no surprises.
