One of my favorite projects. This 100yr old home had a screened in porch that the floor was sagging due to rotting supports underneath. The home owner also dreaded the spring pollen that covered her porch. I started with supporting the roof structure and removing the old flooring and supports and rebuilt from the ground up with a support system that will stand the test of time. Huge sliding low-e windows to keep that open porch feeling, tile with the appearance of slate, and wood siding to match the appearance of the rest of the home. This is now their favorite room.

Recently we returned to install a Mini Split system so they can enjoy this lovely porch all year long!
