This Florida room was once a deck that had no shade was hot, surrounded by bugs and just not a comfortable space. The home owner wanted something they could actually use and enjoy. We removed the deck as well as the footings and rebuilt this wonderful space from the ground up. Tile floor, vinyl soffit ceiling, casement windows, Azec decking trim and rail and siding to match the existing house.
